Global Entropy

Life is full of contrasts, and so is this puzzle. The pink lines pull things together, while the global entropy rule pushes things apart. Push, pull, pushmi-pullyu, back and forth and then things fall apart. Or fall into place, and the puzzle is solved!

Global Entropy rules affect every 2x2 groups of cells. Quadruples affect some 2x2 groups of cells. What happens in those 2x2 groups of cells in which Quadruples are pushing one way while entropy pushes in another? That’s the question posed by this puzzle.
