New puzzles Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

In and Out

What do arrows do? They point! Arrows in Sudoku puzzles don’t often point anywhere in particular, though. They just point out that some puzzles do require arithmetic skills, to wit: summing up a series of single digits to a single-digit total.

Aiming for Quads

These arrows keep aiming for those quadruples, but missing. They’ve got the aim of Star Wars stormtroopers. Also, this is the 100th puzzle posted to this blog! (Internally, it’s puzzle 2630.)

Renban Arrows

In testing, this puzzle provoked some debate. This grid can seem quite complicated, but those “renban arrows” are far more limiting than they might first appear.

Dance Steps

Just put one foot behind the other; 6, 7, spin, 8, 9, cross, wait, look out! They aren’t supposed to be difficult dance steps, but everybody has different strengths and weaknesses.

Mid-70s

I know all the digits are facing the same direction, but just imagine that the puzzle rotates so the 75 is read right-to-left and the 74 is read bottom-to-top. Not at all related to Circuit, despite superficial similarities.

Seven Nines

Just ignore the title as you solve the puzzle. It wouldn’t be fair to use the title as part of a logical deduction. You shouldn’t need it anyway.

Pointing Around

Arrows point this way and that, and you’re seeing double more often than not, but this shouldn’t pose a problem for you. You’re savvy. You know which way the arrow’s pointing.
